Dream Big Staff
Executive Director: Nathan Webster
Nathan Webster was born and raised in the Vancouver-Portland Metropolitan area. He graduated from Mountain View High School, Class of '96. Five days after his high school graduation, Nathan went into the United States Marine Corps and served four honorable years. When he came back to the Pacific Northwest, Nathan wanted to enrich his life by finding ways to give back to the community. While attending Clark College and Washington State University Vancouver, Mr. Webster saw that the young adolescents were neglected and in need of intervention. In 2009, he earned his Master in Business Administration from American InterContinental University to ensure Dream Big Community Center would not only live in his heart, but live in the hearts of others. He has a wonderful wife, Danielle Webster, and they have six beautiful children.
Program Director: Jessica Turpeinen
Jessica was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington. She obtained an Associates Degree from Clark College and a Business Degree from Washington State University in 2009. Growing up, Jessica faced many challenges similar to those that today's youth are currently experiencing, but had one key element that so many kids don't have today; a rock solid support system. Despite all obstacles, Jessica was able to live out her dreams due to the leadership, encouragement, and confidence instilled in her by her family. She became involved with Dream Big Community Center because she believes in the need to encourage, educate, and empower, our youth to dream big and believe in themselves. Jessica is daughter to Oscar and Kathy, big sister to Kate, and wife to her best friend Jesse.
