The Dream Big Mentor Program will provide an opportunity for adult professionals to increase a student’s education experience, and provide the student to have a richer sense of life. The Mentor Program has three primary objectives:
1. To encourage the student to achieve academically.
2. To reduce the risk or opportunity for students to engage in juvenile delinquency or involvement in gangs.
3. To increase student relationships between their classmates, school faculty and staff, and local community.
DBCC Mentors will receive training and a full background check. Mentors and students will be matched according to gender, interests, goals, and profession. If you’re interested, please email info@dreambigcc.org for more information.
Giving is better than receiving because giving starts the receiving process.
